SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We take great care in shipping your products to you, hence we partner only with reputed international courier companies to deliver your orders. Important Notice: We are dispatching garments to most parts of India! However, delivery times may be longer than usual due to restricted movement and regulations. We need your wholehearted support! INDIAN DELIVERYFree Shipping on prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery option is available at a charge of INR 4.95% and max 500INR depend on the orders final value.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, dispatches may take 1-4 days. The delivery time and rates vary from place to place.
If order is cancelled after the order is dispatched, the shipping charges, if charged, will be deducted and order amount will be refunded. We offer free shipping all over India on prepaid orders. If you placed your order between Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped within 24 hours from placing the order. The order placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. After dispatch, you will receive your order in 2-4 days depending upon the location in India. Please note that weekends, as well as other declared holidays, are not considered working days, since our shipping partners do not work on these days. While we shall fully try to ship all items you have ordered for together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. The standard ground mail service is shipped via FedEx/BlueDart/Aramex/Ecom/IndiaPost. These packages out the same day for all orders placed before 1PM Indian Standard Time and the next day for all orders placed after 1PM Indian Standard Time (packages will arrive within 3-5 business days). Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY We offer worldwide shipping. If you placed your order between Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped within 24 hours from placing the order. The order placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. After dispatch, you will receive your order in 30-40 days (Postal Service).
TRACKING THE DELIVERY
Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse, we will e-mail you the tracking number which can be easily tracked on the “my account page” of our website.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay by any of the following methods:Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay Cash on Delivery. However, this service is available only in selected areas in India.
Payment by Card: You can pay through your Debit/Credit Card.
International Customers: You can pay by using your PayPal account or Any Major International Credit Card.

Can I return a part or all items from my order?
Yes, you may return a part or all items of your order. We offer 10 days return policy (based on the offers live on the website or per product policies). Simply return your order within 10 days of purchase If the Garment is Damage or Defective.
How do I return the product?

Will I get the refund of shipping charges levied on the order?
It would not be included in the refund amount as shipping charges are non-refundable charges ( Credit Note Issued on the same amount ).
Who will pay the courier charges at the time of returning the product?
The courier charges for returning the product will be paid by the customer.
Free Products Return:
If there is a return of the bought product due to some defect in size then the free product would also be returned. When the exchanged product gets delivered then the free product would be delivered again.You can return your product to our online store within 10 days for domestic orders or 40 days for international orders
When returning items, you are responsible for the cost of the return unless your garment is damaged or faulty.
REFUND POLICY
You may initiate the request for return of the Product if:
(i) Product is damaged.
(ii) Both the Product and shipping package have been damaged.
(iii) Product is defective or is not in wearable condition.
(iv) Some of the items are missing.
(v) the Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on the Sidrock Denim Platform. You shall initiate such requests for return within 7 (seven) days from the date on which you receive the delivery of the Product (“Return Period”)
The reverse pick-up shall happen within 3 (three) working days from the date of raising a request for return. You shall keep the Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We would accept the request for return of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy.
NOTE : Please make a video as soon as you receive the parcel so that you can send it to us while returning.
The amount will be credited after the product reaches our facility.
We do not offer refunds, all sales made to order hence are final. For any expedited shipping, please reach out to us at wecare@sidrockdenim.com to inquire about this service.
SIDORCK DENIM is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. SIDROCK DENIM is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that may occur. Please contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer no question ask 10 Days days exchange policy on all garments and no Exchange on Accessories. ( Domestics Orders )
